Hybrid-Capture Probe Panel Design
We design hybrid-capture probe panels tailored to specific pathogens—including viruses, bacteria, eukaryotes, and high-consequence agents—as well as panels for broad-spectrum or novel pathogen detection. Whether you’re targeting a known organism or exploring unknowns, we offer probe design and panel validation services to meet your project needs.
Oxford Nanopore Sequencing
We apply hybrid-capture, amplicon-based, and metagenomic sequencing protocols using Oxford Nanopore platforms including MinION, P2, and others. Our team has extensive experience across diverse use cases and develops tailored sequencing workflows optimized for ONT devices and field applications.
Custom Bioinformatics Pipelines
We build custom Nextflow pipelines for pathogen detection and characterization, supporting workflows for genome assembly, typing, variant calling, quality control, and data visualization. Outputs are compatible with public repositories such as GISAID and GenBank.
Custom Analysis & Figure Production

We have established in-country sequencing capacity in Malaysia, Laos, South Korea, Ghana, and the DRC—often from the ground up—and continue expanding our global footprint.
